Bond’s Economics Class Attended Public Policy Think Tank

On Friday (November 4th), the Grade 11 Economics class attended a conference hosted by the Fraser Institute, Canada’s leading public policy think tank.

Held at the Delta East Hotel, the Conference was titled: Why Do People Behave the Way they Do? An Introduction to Economic Reasoning. It was an interactive day which featured two guest lecturers, games, and activities to help students understand the science of choice, incentives, and economic systems that shape our society.

Overall it was a fun and engaging day for students to learn about applying economic reasoning to decisions in their daily lives.
