Bond’s 2017 Super Swim Meet

On April 27th, Bond students from Grades 1 to 8 participated in the annual Super Swim Meet. All the swimming strokes were offered this year.

Students were encouraged to compete for the fastest swimmer title in their own grades, and every swimmer received a ribbon for each race they participated in. As a tradition, the students demonstrated cannonballs, diving, free style, and the popular belly flop contest.

The most exciting part for the students was the huge relay race. This is the fifth year since Bond’s fastest swimmers from Grades 4 to 8 have competed annually against the local police officers. It was a friendly and exciting race as well as a memorable experience for everyone.
