On March 4th, Bond had a great art and talent show evening event and invited our parents. The three main sections of this event included the Arts Night, the Talent Show and a Sleepover that raised funds for a local Breakfast Club. As parents walked into the gym at Bond, they immediately entered an art world where different examples of art made by the students were displayed along the walls.

  Bond Captures Gold!!
  On February 29th, Bond’s Concert Band competed against other schools at the Kiwanis Music Festival of Greater Toronto, held at Northern Secondary School. The Band beautifully performed two pieces of music and won the Gold Medal. Mr. Allen mentioned this was the first time that Bond’s Concert Band won the Gold Medal, and he is extremely proud of every member.
  Bond Competed in the “Under 14” Boys Basketball Championship
  On March 4th, the Bond Boys Under 14 Basketball Team went to A.R.S. Armenian School to compete against other private schools for the U14 Boys Basketball Championship. As one of the first teams playing in the morning, the Bond U14 Boys Basketball Team showed a great deal of energy and enthusiasm.
  Bond Enjoyed Our Annual Ski Trip
  On Friday March 4th, 102 Bond students and faculty were treated to a balmy 0º and a sunny day for the annual Ski and Snowboard Trip. After a wild and heavy snowstorm that saw up to 40 centimetres of new snow added to the region, Bond was blessed with perfect ski conditions on a beautiful day.
  Bond Competed in the U20 Girls Volleyball Championship
  On March 3rd, the Bond Under 20 Girls Volleyball Team went to A.R.S. Armenian School to compete against other private schools in the U20 Girls Volleyball Championship. The Bond team put up a good fight and beat The Linden School in their first game at the final tournament.
  Bond Volunteers at the Daily Bread Food Bank
  On March 8th, the members of the Bond Junior Council, along with their teachers, volunteered at the Daily Bread Food Bank. Bond Junior Council also attended two mini-lectures offered by the workers at the Daily Bread Food Bank, explaining to them why the Food Bank is doing this and where the food is distributed.
  Easter Egg Hunting at Bond, Fun-Fun-Fun!
  On March 23rd, as the Easter holiday was around the corner, Bond Secondary students enjoyed a fun Easter Egg Hunt event on campus. The students were encouraged to find as many eggs as possible within the ten designated areas in the school, including the Reception area and nine classrooms.
